This report recaps financial and maintenance information that pertains to the Association. The Management Report provides transparency and a comprehensive breakdown of what has taken place at your property. Unique for each community, these reports create continuity and are an historical reference for each Association.

The Property Chronicle is a detailed compilation of Association records, documenting the day-to-day history of each community. Provided to Board Members each month, the Property Chronicle may include the following sections:
