Established by William Satrom in 1986, Property Concepts, Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington state corporation. Property Concepts is focused on providing high-quality Association management services in the Western Washington area. We are currently located in West Seattle, serving Condominium and Homeowners Associations in King and Snohomish County.

The Property Concepts, Inc. in-house staff includes Association Managers,  a full-service accounting department, and administrative assistants. Our staff strives to provide top-quality service to all of our clients.
