Property Concepts, Inc. started its life in the Pioneer Building and occupied several offices in the Pioneer Square area before moving to West Seattle. In July 2000, a craftsman style home was purchased and remodeled into a charming West Seattle office. The house is home to Property Concepts, Inc to this day.

Company President, William Satrom, founded Property Concepts, Inc. in 1986. He brought over 10 years of home contracting, property management  and real estate brokerage experience to the foundation of Property Concepts, Inc. Our Accounting Manager joined the team in 1990 and is currently the office manager and head of the accounting department with 27 years of Association accounting experience. Property Concepts' senior property manager joined the company in 1997, at the time bringing 20 years of experience in property and pool maintenance and real estate brokerage to the firm.

Property Concepts, Inc. is a close-knit business with open communication between staff members. This enhances sharing and growth of management experience, innovative management concepts and problem resolution. The entire staff takes great pride in the company and the high quality of services we provide to our Associations.
